Policies
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. I get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or shoot me a message letting me know. If you don’t let me know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, I keep your deposit as a fee.

Appointments must be made 2 hours in advance in order to be met.
RUNNING LATE?
TDF by Neilly is a very popular Nail Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
